1. Introduction

13. Termination

13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture under the relevant terms) will be processed for withdrawal, subject to completed KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
